Currently, we can only offer a standard option for shipping and because our cosmetic products are made in small batches each time to ensure high QA control and that personal touch, its takes an extra few days to formulate them once we receive our customer's order. However, our tools and special merchandise are shipped out much faster.

Rest assured that we are constantly trying to get the best logistic partners for our customers and are working towards a expedited option for shipping in future. We will keep you updated.

For now, it will typically take the following business days to receive your order:

- cosmetics (make up, skincare, spa for both men and women) : 6-12 days with a maximum of 14 working days

- tools: 3-5 days

- accessories (e.g. cosmetic bags, toiletry bags): 6-10 days, max 14 working days

- special merchandise (e.g. charme.™ x Adidas hoodie): 3-5 days or earlier
